Sculpture "Clump no.2 (pattern)" (2023) by the artist Selma Köchling. Klump no. 2 (pattern), 2023 is approx. 34x29x25

cm large. The sculpture is made from shards of ceramics which have been collected on shore since 2017. The pieces have been ground by the sea, picked, washed, sorted and glued together into a closed form with hot melt glue by the artist. The sculpture is treated with transparent epoxy, which gives them a special surface and pulls the shape together.

cm stor. Skulpturen er laget av keramikk biter, som ble samlet i fjære siden 2017. Bitene er slipt av havet, plukket, vasket, sortert og limt sammen til lukkede former med smelte lim av kunstneren Selma Köchling. Skulpturen er behandlet med gjennomsiktig epoksy, som gir dem en spesiell overflate, og drar formen sammen.
